BIOGRAPHY & EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Quoc has over 15 (fitteen) years of legal practice. Before joining CBI Law Firm, he used to work for local law firm, Invest Consult Group, as Investing consultant and then   working for local commercial bank, Sacombank, as internal lawyer.

Mr. Quoc advised and provided in-depth legal assistances to both domestic and international corporations and institutions on various legal issues in sectors of banking, finance, insurance, capital market, organization and operation of enterprises. His main clients are foreign companies and organizations and Vietnam-based foreign invested companies.

• Setting up many foreign owned companies engaging distribution field, manufacture, e-commercial platform, real estate management service, IT, consultancy services, etc;

Advising a Japan based corporation on acquisition of a courier business of a local company in Vietnam; legal due diligence, deal structure, SPA and Closing.

PIT finalization advice for closing Representative Offices and Project Offices of foreign contractors.
