BIOGRAPHY & EXPERIENCE

Ms. Vu Pham Thu Huong is a lawyer of CBI Law firm. Ms. Huong has more than 06 (six) years of experience in many legal areas such as business, commercial, corporate, foreign investment, labor, immigration, etc.

Before coming to CBI, Ms. Huong used to work as a legal officer for two major foreign investors in the retail industry in Vietnam, Miniso Vietnam and Emart Vietnam. Ms. Huong has been involved in consulting and implementing procedures related to ERC, IRC, Business License, Retail Outlet License and other sub-licenses so that these foreign companies can legally operate in Vietnam.

Business – commerce

• Providing legal advice for retail activities, tax, invoice, promotion, advertisement, e-commerce, foreign investment, and the conditions and licenses required for conditional business lines (Registration of e-commerce trading platforms, License for establishing social networks/General information websites, Employment service operation license, Retail alcohol license, Food safety, Fire prevention and fighting, Travel service license (inbound/ outbound), Establishment and operation of language and IT centers, etc.)
• Providing legal advice for labeling of goods, brands, trademarks, etc.
