Lawyer Hoang has over fifteen (15) years of experience in legal advisory across Corporate, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, E-commerce, Franchising and Retail, Financial Services, and Project Advisory.

In addition, Lawyer Hoang regularly advises on and handles disputes arising from shareholder/member relationships and commercial transactions, including negotiation, mediation, and participation in litigation proceedings.

• Advise on post-M&A corporate governance matters and business restructuring.

• Provide in-depth advice on tax regulations applicable to commercial transactions;
• Assess and flag tax risks, and recommend appropriate compliance measures and tax structuring solutions for enterprises.

• Advise on legal matters in employment relationships, including the development and review of internal labour regulations and collective labour agreements;
• Advise on legal issues relating to the employment of foreign workers;
• Advise on the resolution of labour disputes.

Dispute Resolution & Litigation
