A.I & DEEPFAKES – A NEW WEAPON IN SCAMS TARGETING BUSINESS LEADERS
As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to advance rapidly, Deepfake technology is being used in increasingly sophisticated ways to impersonate individuals’ appearances, voices, and identities, creating significant risks for both individuals and businesses.
Notably, AI-powered scams can undermine traditional authentication methods, meaning that “seeing a face and hearing a voice” may no longer be sufficient to verify identity or establish the credibility of information.
To raise awareness and strengthen the business community’s ability to prevent and respond to these risks, CBI Law Firm is pleased to collaborate with the National Cybersecurity Association (NCA) in organizing the following program:
“AI & DEEPFAKE – A NEW WEAPON IN SCAMS TARGETING BUSINESS LEADERS”
The program focuses on practical developments relating to AI, Deepfake technology, and high-tech scams, while helping businesses to:
- Identify forms of fraud involving AI and Deepfake technology;
- Exercise greater vigilance against the impersonation of individuals through manipulated images, voices, and identities;
- Proactively establish appropriate verification procedures and control measures; and
- Strengthen their ability to prevent and respond to cybersecurity risks in business operations.
Through this program, CBI Law Firm and NCA aim to bridge legal knowledge, technology, and practical risk management, contributing to stronger business resilience against emerging challenges in the age of AI.
