Dr. Le Minh Manh previously served as Deputy Director of the Department of Cybersecurity and Hi-Tech Crime Prevention (A05) under the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam. With many years of professional experience and direct leadership in cybersecurity and the prevention and combat of high-tech crime, he brings an interdisciplinary background spanning law, information technology, and cybersecurity.
