BIOGRAPHY
Lawyer Le The Tuyen is an associate attorney at CBI Law Firm – a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association. With many years of legal practice, in addition to mastering legal theory, he has accumulated substantial experience in Civil, Criminal, Administrative, Commercial, Labor, Marriage and Family.
REMARK EXPERIENCES
- Advising and handling dispute resolution in the areas of civil, criminal, administrative, commercial, labor, marriage and family, and judgment enforcement.
- Advising on ownership rights and other rights over property; participating in resolving inheritance disputes, disputes over civil transactions, tort liability.
- Advising on current legal regulations regarding determination of common/separate property of spouses during marriage; division of property upon divorce; and allocation of assets to determine debt obligations of spouses to third parties (individual lenders, banks, state agencies, or other organizations, if any).
- Advising on marriage and divorce involving foreign elements.
- Advising and resolving civil disputes with foreign elements.
- Handling real estate legal matters: inheritance declarations, wills, issuance of land use right certificates, house ownership and assets attached to land, construction permits, and completion certificates.
- Advising on criminal procedure (investigation, prosecution, initiation, first-instance trial, and appellate trial of criminal cases).
- Drafting and resolving all matters related to civil/commercial contracts.
- Advising on guardianship: registration of guardianship, statutory guardianship, and court-appointed guardianship for persons deceased or limited in legal capacity.
- Advising on establishing and protecting the rights and interests of individuals and organizations when participating in civil transactions and contracts under applicable law.
