BIOGRAPHY & EXPERIENCE

Lawyer Huynh Thi Y has over 10 years of experience in Investment & Corporate, Commercial, Real Estate, Labor, and Family & Matrimonial matters. She has advised on, structured, and executed numerous investment and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, particularly in the retail, e-commerce, and real estate sectors.

Y Huynh advises both domestic and foreign investors on market entry, project development, and business operations in Vietnam, including regulatory compliance and licensing procedures for conditional business lines.

In addition to her advisory work, Y Huynh represents clients in resolving disputes arising from shareholder/member relationships, commercial contracts, and real estate, including direct participation in court proceedings.
